HOT YOGA FLOW

 

 

 

The heat we use in Hot Yoga Flow is slightly less intense than used in the traditional Hot Yoga or Bikram classes, at 85-95 degrees (depending on the time, season, and level of participants). This allows for a slow moving Vinyasa routine as well as all traditional postures to be practiced safely. The heat speeds up the metabolismand protects the muscles while doing intense stretches, resulting in a deep cleansing and purifying sweat that removes toxins from all organs and skin, increases lung capacity and rejuvenates the tissues. The extra heat combined with inverted postures induces altered states of awareness, clearing the mind and refreshing the perception; allowing for a fun and flowing practice, complete with sun salutations, inverted postures; intense strengthening poses followed by deeper stretching’s - a for lean, long and strong body, a calm mind, and an open heart.
